Quality and Consistency
"My family and I have been long-time customers of Boss Auto Group, and they continue to provide top-tier service. I finally had to replace my last vehicle—which I leased-to-purchase from Frank and drove for an incredible 21 years! My new Lease process was seamless and stress-free. I made an appointment with Frank on a Saturday, test-drove my top choices, and explained exactly what I needed. I provided my insurance and registration info, and Frank took it from there. By Monday, I got the call that everything was approved and ready at my convenience! I went in on Wednesday to sign the final documents and drove home in my new 2026 Rogue SV that same day. Thank you, Frank and the Boss Auto Group team, for the quality customer care you’ve provided our family for over two decades!"

My husband and I were recommended to Frank and team. The process was seamless and we had a brand new truck within 2-3 weeks. They did everything for us, all I had to do was go to his location and drive the car away. He already had it registered and ready to go when I got there. When I dealt with the dealership previously, I was there for hours and had constant problems. Boss auto group makes you enjoy getting a new car all over again. Thank you Guys!!

I can’t recommend them enough, Using Boss auto group is the only way to go through the process of leasing or buying a new car. After years of dealing with the frustration of going into dealerships and being strung along, Frank and his team have simplified and streamlined the process to a point where it’s actually enjoyable and stress free when it’s time to get into a new vehicle. Thank you Boss Auto Group!

Fantastic experience! Frank is communicative, clear, and works fast! I leased the 2025 Nissan Kicks. He was able to get me the model and color I wanted in less than 24 hours. Having not leased a car in over 5 years this process was made smooth, efficient and seamless. He extremely knowledgeable and proficient with insurance providers as well. Once the process got started, I had a car within a few days. Great service!!

Boss Auto Group - A pleasure to do business with!
I’ve been in the market for a new car for several months now. After choosing the car I wanted, I was going from one dealership to the next not getting anywhere, and then I discovered Boss Auto Group. Frank helped me narrow my search and sourced the exact car I wanted which was a 2025 Volkswagen GLI Autobahn with the black package. The entire process was quick and easy while everyone was transparent and honest with all the in between steps. I finally got the car I’ve been after for so long thanks to Boss Auto Group. Highly recommend for your next car purchase! Thanks Frank!

You speak to Frank and his staff, tell them what car or truck you want and your approx. price you want to pay and they make it happen within a few dollars. Leasing made EASY!!! Boss Auto Group is Peace of Mind!

My experience with Frank at Boss Auto was nothing short of amazing! When my car was totaled in a car accident, I wasn’t sure where to go to get another car. I hadn’t bought a car in many years. Frank made every step easy and got me a car within days. He is kind, compassionate and professional and I would highly recommend working with him if you need to get a car.

My experience with Frank Bossio at Boss Auto Group was a total pleasure. His attention to detail was unparalleled so I didn’t have to remember anything. It was seamless, professional, and even enjoyable I wouldn’t get a car from any other place, or any other person and I suggest you don’t either!

Dealing with Frank from Boss Auto group was an absolute pleasure. He made a historically tedious process, seamless, professional, and even enjoyable. There wasn’t a detail he left out so I didn’t have to remember it. From start to finish, Frank knew his craft and I benefitted from his expertise. I will never get a car any other way, from any other person and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same!

A Boss Experience
I don't know much about cars or the wheeling and dealing of leasing. Thankfully, Frank Bossio personally helped me out every step of the way and made sure I was taken care of. I asked a few of my car experts if I got a good deal and their jaws dropped. Maybe I'm charming, but more likely, this is the place to go for your automobile needs. Thank you, Boss Auto Group! I really can't thank you enough!

Boss Group is the absolute best
Once again, Frank and Boss Auto deliver me a vehicle I love! Would not go elsewhere. Boss Auto Group has customers for life with myself and my husband; this is out 8th lease with Frank and each time has been seamless. We talk to Frank about what we want and our budget and he makes it happen. No pressure - no bs - you get exactly what you ask for. They do all of the paperwork; all you do is sign and go. It really is that easy with Frank & Boss Auto. I highly recommend and wish I could give more than a 5 star rating.
Dawn Grasso01 Aug 2024
I asked, and Frank delivered as always. I asked for a vehicle that was only in production and not released for purchase yet. I wanted a specific model, color and interior. Frank delivered right on time, just as he promised and without a hitch. I could not have been happier with the vehicle and the experience dealing with Frank was smooth and satisfying, as always. Frank knew exactly what I wanted and was able to deliver my MAZDA CX-70 3.3 TURBO S PREMIUM right on time. I was in and out of his office feeling extremely happy. You couldn’t find another auto broker better than Frank at Auto Boss. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience the easiest way to lease or purchase a vehicle for yourself or a family member, at Auto Boss of Huntington.

Frank was highly recommended to me, and deservedly so. He is such a pleasure to work with - gladly answering any and all of my questions and keeping me updated every step of the way from order to delivery. I was surprised at how painless the whole process was - the complete opposite of going to a dealer, being there for hours while the salesperson "talks to their manager". Never again! I picked up my new Mustang Mach-E on Monday, and I am thrilled with it! Any vehicle I get in the future will definitely be through Boss Auto. THANK YOU, FRANK! You're a gem!!

FRANK IS ONE OF A KIND!
I've been going to Boss Auto Group and specifically Frank Bossio for over 10 years . Frank is simply the best to work with very personable, knowledgeable and takes you through the process with ease and satisfaction in all areas ! He and his team take care of every aspect of purchasing a vehicle. I've referred friends and family members to Boss Auto Group and every person has expressed how great their experience has been with Frank and the process. I called Frank on a Thursday , informed him of the vehicle I was looking for and he had me in a new vehicle by Saturday!!! I will continue to go to Frank as he is the best in the business ! He has always made the experience enjoyable , simple and easy! Thank you again Frank and The Boss Auto Group !!!

Can’t say enough about how easy my car buying experience was thanks to Frank! Was in the market for a third row vehicle and a friend recommended contacting Boss Auto to find the best deals for what I was looking for. I had no idea how quick and easy the process would be and how quickly I would be driving a brand new car. Highly recommend!

Another Flawless Purchase
Last year I bought my first car from Frank and it was a smooth flawless process. This year unfortunately my wife had an accident and we were in need of a replacement vehicle asap. I told Frank what I needed and within a week he had exactly what I asked for and for the price I needed to pay. The process was again flawless. I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. THANKS AGAIN! Dealing with Frank makes the car buying and selling experience a breeze. With low inventories on cars he helped me think outside the box and get me a great car. I love the experience and the ease. Very organized, professional, prompt, and responsive. I will buy from him again and telling all my friends. If you hate the hassle of working with traditional dealerships, this is the guy for you.

Boss Auto Group comes highly recommended. Frank treats you like his own family. He doesn't try to sell you unnecessary extras. Thanks you for the painless transaction.

Round 2
Once again, the Boss has come through with flying colors. As much as I love my 2020 Grand Cherokee, I disliked the mileage I was getting (which was 90% city driving). Due to the almost daily increase cost of gas, it was not economical for me to keep it. I still had approximately 1 1/2 years left on my lease & thought I'd be stuck with it. I told Frank I wanted out (if possible) and requested a 2022 Subaru Outback ltd. I figured it would take a while due to vehicles and all the other imports being backed up. Within 2 weeks, he called to tell me he was able to make it happen. I should have been surprised but I wasn't because of his track record with me. I was also please with my monthly payment with this new lease. I highly recommend the Boss Auto Group run by Frank Bossio. He has always been trustworthy, reliable & forthcoming.

Once again Frank and the Boss Auto Group delivered! This is the 3rd car I’ve gotten with them and cannot recommend them enough. Worked with Frank twice now and have to say this is the easiest, painless, and seamless car leasing experience. He makes the whole process extremely easily, completely eliminating sitting at a dealership for 6 hours. Thanks Frank and Boss Auto group!

Great Experience
I was introduced to Frank at Boss Auto Group by friends that have relied on him for their cars. My husband and I test drove a few cars and decided on a Volvo XC60 and I couldn’t be happier driving this SUV. Frank made the process very smooth and within a week I was driving my new car. I will recommend Frank at Boss for anyone looking for their next car. Thanks Frank!

Thank you for everything Frank!!! I’m so glad I found you!!!
I was first referred to Frank at BAG by a friend, about five years ago. I was looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle but I was still working on improving my credit score. Frank was very forthcoming and honestly explained that although he’d love to work with me, I’d have more options if my credit was in a better place. He suggested I wait it out at least six months or so and to then, reach back out when the time comes. I was so impressed with the fact that Frank advocated for me and that he never resorted to any pressure sales tactics. When I was finally ready to move forward, I sat down with Frank and went over my wants, needs and price range while he worked out some suggestions. We finally came up with a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee that was available for leasing within my budget. The best part, is that Frank did all the leg work for me. I never had to deal with the daunting task of having to visit car dealer after car dealer and wasting entire weekends while trying to decide on a vehicle. He also took care of all the paperwork and DMV documents which made the entire process as painless as can be! Frank is what I’d call a “Car Concierge” which is something we can all use these days as our lives have become more busier than ever. My lease is up in a few weeks so I went back to Frank where he quickly found affordable financing that would enable me to purchase the vehicle. And just as before, the process was as smooth as can be. Frank Bossio of Boss Auto Group is a class act and I’m highly satisfied with the dedicated service he continues to provide his clients. Thank you for everything Frank!!! I’m so glad I found you!!!

My husband and I have used Frank for the past 5 years to get a few different cars (including one yesterday!) and our experience has always been amazing. He’s kind, professional, and so fast with what he does. He takes into account budget, style and availability (especially during these COVID times). He takes care of all the insurance and dealership paperwork so all you have to do is sign a few pieces of paper, drive off in your car, and he deals with the rest. We will certainly continue to use BAG for the foreseeable future!

Absolutely the BEST
This is my 2nd lease with Frank and i would never go anywhere else. I just leased a beautiful 22 Mercedes E450. Due to the current market I knew inventory was low. I told Frank exactly what I wanted and he delivered! Frank does all the leg work. I would never go back to a dealership! Thanks Frank.

Could not be happier with my purchase from Boss Auto Group. Frank was fantastic! He made everything so easy, he handled every aspect of my purchase and delivered the exact car I was searching for in a market that isn’t easy to locate any cars, let alone a perfect match. Just purchased my wife’s dream car. Not only is the 2022 Lexus RX350L beautiful but the experience purchasing it was just as satisfying! Frank cares about making sales but cared more about making us happy and getting what we wanted. He even personally delivered the car to my house (not sure I should be posting this) 2 hours away. These days you can’t say enough about dedication and service like that. Thank you BOSSAUTOGROUP, you’ll be seeing us again!

Thanks Frank.
We heard of Frank Bossio of Boss Auto Group from a friend who said that Frank takes the pain out of leasing / purchasing a vehicle. So, we met with him this past August and decided to look at a Cadillac SUV. Frank made an appointment for us that day at North Bay Cadillac to look at two SUV’s (XT5’s). We were able to take the car for a test drive and decided on the XT5 that we wanted. Frank negotiated the price and got us a better deal. We did not have to listen to the salesperson say: let me check with my manager, let me check with the finance manager, let me check with the aftermarket manager and let me check with the GM. It was a pleasure not to deal with lots of different people and all the typical hassles that we have had to go through at other dealerships. We picked up the XT5 the next day. Frank had all the paperwork prepared and ready for signature. It was all done within 10 minutes, and we were on the road with our new Caddy. Frank went out of his way to make the whole process so easy and fast. We couldn’t be happier. Our daughter and son-in-law also leased a car through Frank 2 weeks after we did. Thanks, Frank for your professionalism, efficiency, and patience.

Just call Frank the “Car Whisperer.” I have been working with him for 6 years now and when my lease was up on my Macan S, with an extreme shortage of cars due to the pandemic, he found me a new Macan S. Frank is professional and efficient and will do everything he can to get you the best deal and into the car you want as quickly as possible. I highly recommend his services.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!
I’ve been using Frank at Auto Boss for four cars and loving the experience. Frank is a very experienced, knowledgeable and thorough professional. He is personable and over extends himself to meet the wants and needs of his customers. I wanted a specific car, model and accessories. Frank worked for over two months trying to obtain the vehicle for me and letting me know his progress often. Finally he was able to secure what I wanted and contracts were signed. Frank is an absolute pleasure to work with; doing business with Frank is always a positive experience. He is open and honest, and will answer any question you have, anytime. Great guy, great experience. I would highly recommend Frank to anyone who is interested in leasing or purchasing a car.

This was such a seamless car leasing process. Typically, it is stressful dealing with car dealerships and salespeople trying to negotiate back and forth. Frank took care of everything! I told him exactly what I was willing to spend and what was most important to me in a car. He not only delivered the car I asked for, but got it in the color I requested. Thank you Frank for all your help! 1

Frank Bossio is the “Boss
Frank Bossio is the “Boss.” The man is a magician and has not let me down since I’ve been doing business with him. His connections are limitless and he has found me the vehicle I wanted when others couldn’t. He’s tenacious and doesn’t quit until his customer is satisfied. I’ve recommended him to friends and family, they’ve all been satisfied with his results. It’s comforting for me to know I can trust 100% everything Frank says and does. My experiences with BOSS speaks for itself. I was told I wouldn’t be able to get my 2020 Grand Cherokee Limited until September or October. Frank was able to get it 2 days after speaking with him; he’s the best.

I cannot put into words how fantastic my experience was with boss auto group and frank. Frank helped me build and get my dream car within my price range. He worked endlessly to make sure everything was perfect and the truck even came a month early. The whole process was so seamless and I am so grateful!
Nicole Russo16 Feb 2021
Frank was referred to me by a colleague of mine who has been a customer at Boss Auto Group for many years. From my first call until the pick up of the car the whole experience was truly amazing. When I initially spoke to Frank and explained what I was looking for he gave me great advice on the possible selections. Frank followed up with pricing and model details then booked me a test drive shortly after. Once I finalized my choice Frank was great at explaining the financial details and we finished the paperwork without any hassles. The car was exactly what I was looking for and Frank took the time to show me all its details. I’m glad I made the call and will happily refer friends and family to Boss Auto Group. Thank you Frank!

Best Experience Buying a Car
My husband and I have bought 2 cars with Frank and plan on going back to him for a 3rd car in short order. There is no other car buying experience that can top Frank's service - after working with Frank, we can not envision having to deal with a dealership to buy a car again. Frank's expertise was obvious as soon as we met him, his contacts are incredible and his patience is outstanding. He worked through a number of car options with us and handled my indecisiveness with patience and grace. When we finally made a decision, Frank handled all the details, ordered the car for us, and the delivery process was a breeze. Frank organized all the paperwork and spent a significant amount of time with me making sure I was familiar with the car's technology. The whole car buying process was just a great experience all around. Looking forward to working with Frank on car #3!!

5 STAR - EXCELLENT
Recently my husband and myself leased vehicles from Frank Bossio and the Boss Auto Group. All we had to do was tell Frank what we wanted, our purpose and our budget and Frank did all the work. He made some good suggestions making it a painless process. I will never go through any other dealership again. This is the reason Frank and Boss Auto Group have been in business for so many years. Linda was also helpful making it a positive experience.

Best Experience Ever!
By far the best leasing experience I have ever had. Frank was honest, sincere and made the whole process so simple. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase or lease. He even suggested that I extend my lease until I was ready to decide on the car that suited my needs. What salesperson does that?? His associate, Nancy was pleasant and helpful as well. If you’re thinking of leasing or buying a vehicle you owe it to yourself to at least have a phone conversation with Frank.

Frank is Amazing!
This is my third time leasing a vehicle through Boss Auto Group and Frank has made every experience quick, easy and pleasant. Frank takes care of me like a friend he's known forever. He takes my business personally - he's only happy if I'm happy. Frank is always looking to get me exactly what a want, from the specifics of the vehicle to the financial terms. The work he did this last time around was even more exceptional than usual. We spoke on a Thursday. I had no specific vehicle in mind, only knew I preferred something bigger, same monthly expense, shorter lease period...and that I was looking to turn in my current vehicle 8 months early. I fully expected Frank to tell me I was crazy to think I could turn in a vehicle with 8 months left on the lease unless I was willing to pay a fortune - which I wasn't - but, he didn't! By Sunday he called me back with an amazing offer that couldn't be beat. I was in the new car the following Wednesday and am very happy with it. So happy a friend referred Frank to me 8 years ago. Thank you again, Frank! See you in 3 years!

Boss Auto Group Is Fantastic .... and Fun!
What a fun and easy experience I just had at Boss Auto Group getting my new car! I've had so many years of horrible memories leasing or buying vehicles in other places where situations became insulting and intolerable. I'm so done sitting for hours at local dealerships while listening to endless sales tactics, waiting hours for nothing, overpaying (I found out), being oversold on unimportant extras - ugh. I love my new car and Boss Auto Group delivered it right to my office. Awesome! I saved a lot of time going there and money too which was great. I was given every rebate and discount the manufacturer entitled me to which has never happened to me elsewhere. I'm sure.... The owner Frank couldn't have been more accommodating to me and my particular situation. I did go in there with issues and I see why he came so highly recommended. He's a problem-solver, so nice, and I'm entirely grateful for the kindness, help and time he gave me. My new car is exactly what I wanted, he put me in it in 1 week. Yes! Thank You Frank! Happy New Year!

Buying Made Easy!
Frank was professional and actually listened to what I wanted/needed not well this is what I have so take it type of attitude received by other car dealers. Frank did not push accessories, he simply offered options which included building a vehicle from scratch custom build from the manufacturer. Frank made buying my new 2019 Subaru Ascent easy and saved my family money in the process. Thank you Boss Auto Group!

As always, Frank is amazing.
Frank got me out of my E350 Mercedes and back into a 392 Daytona and I saved a few bucks throughout the process. One or two phone calls and I picked up the car at Frank's office a few days later. That's all it took! Why anyone would deal with a traditional car dealership directly is beyond me!

I decided to trade in my dream car, a convertible, for a more practical crossover. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and and quickly brought me up-to-date about the latest tech features. He patiently and efficiently set up enough demo drives and was so fairly priced that I now have another car of my dreams! He also "introduced" me to my new car so that i was extremely comfortable driving it straight home to show if off!!

The process was smooth and easy, and Frank got me the car with everything I asked to have in it. If you call, Frank will return your call within the same day, as his business is built on trust and performance. I am driving a 2017 Honda CR-V, exactly what I asked for, receiving the car in less than a week. Dealing with Frank was a pleasure, there were no disappointments. You won't be making a mistake if you lease or buy a new car from Frank at The Boss Auto Group.

Frank was pivotal in assisting me with my car lease. All test drives were simple and set up through Frank. We were in and out of the dealership quickly without having to negotiate with a salesperson. Then when I picked the car, the price Frank gave was fair and competitive. Picking up the car was a breeze and Frank showed me how to do work everything inside. I trust Frank implicitly and strongly recommend his services.

Repeat Customer - Happy Again
Frank provides a "buyers broker" experience where he works for ME and not the dealer. I am confident we get a good price and do not have to deal with pushy dealers - their "sales manager" and the "finance room". The experience is professional , swift and successful. Just say NO to dealers and say YES to having a pro work on your team.

Love My Hyundai Ioniq!
Frank and Linda were both very helpful with getting a new car. I was having trouble when going to dealerships and couldn't find a good deal. Along the way I was referred to BOSS AUTO GROUP where Frank was able to help get me a deal that I wanted. Everything was taken care of before day of pick up for the car, the only thing I had to do was drive it off the lot. The car was clean and ready to go as soon as I arrived on day of pickup. Overall great experience. Thank you!

Great Experience
Frank was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We told him exactly what we wanted in a vehicle, and he immediately pointed us in the direction of our new car. Everything was taken care of - insurance contacts, sales people at the dealership, and delivery of the car. Things were made very easy, and we will certainly be recommending him to others and using him in the future!!

What can I say about Boss Auto Group....seamless
What can I say....buying a car from Frank is the best car buying experience a person can ask for. Frank is the voice of experience. He loves what he does and this is very important. My family has bought more than 10 cars from Frank at Boss Auto Group. He understands the buying experience from beginning to end. He takes away the pain and suffering from having to deal with a dealership salesperson. You are a person not a dollar sign at Boss. Frank treats you like family. He understands what is important to you and will get you the best deal possible Frank takes time to understand your needs. I thoroughly enjoyed the buying process from Frank and his staff. I will never go anywhere else.

Wonderful personalize attention to our needs!
Frank was very pleasant and helpful . We had a very specific lease payment price range and he found a car that was a perfect match . This saved us many hours of looking aimless around at many dealers and hoping for a good match . By going to BOSS auto we had everything presented to us in a professional manner and had a wonderful experience .

Love my New Lincoln!
I wanted to get out of my lease early. I told Frank what I wanted and a few car choices. He called me back and within a day of test driving the new car I was in my new Navigator with no hassle. Frank is the only guy I would use to buy or lease a car. I recommend him to everyone for an honest car buying experience.

Best Purchase Ever!
I wanted a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had been to a few dealers before coming to BOSS with obviously no luck. When my fiance and I met with Frank, he found my dream car and explained the process of trading in my car and the differences between the leasing and financing option. I never would have thought that i could afford my dream jeep let alone driving home in my dream jeep the next day. The best car buying experience I have ever had. Will definitely recommend to my friends and have already praised what a great job they did finding my car. Thanks Frank!!

Leasing a car gets a lot easier
Frank made leasing a car simple, painless and fast. He does all the heavy lifting; handling everything from the negotiations to the filling out all the paperwork. He helped us find the car we wanted at the right price and we never had to step into the dealership, it doesn't get any better than that. The time he saves you from having to go in and out of different car dealerships is priceless.

Buying a car made easy
I hate buying new cars. It is a headache. Frank has completely changed my opinion. This was easy and wonderful to deal with one person who can help find the right car. (I am used to being handed off to multiple people in the same dealership - sales, financing, sales management, etc) There was no pressure. I told frank what I wanted and my budget and he took care of of everything else. I would highly recommend him!

Frank Bossio always go the extra mile !
This has been the third or fourth time that Frank of Boss Auto Group of Huntington, NY has worked tirelessly to get us the car we want at the right price and has eliminated, to the best he can, all of our stress associated with buying or leasing a new car. We have never been disappointed even though we have always had other offers competing with Boss Auto Group.

Impeccable service
The easiest way to buy or lease a car, they do all the hard work for you. All you basically do is pick up the keys!! Being a woman I dread dealing with getting a new car, but really not anymore, I have found the answer at Boss Auto group. They really don't make you play the games most dealerships make you play.

The Boss is The Boss!
If you're looking to buy a new or used car I highly recommend Boss Auto Group. They got me the best deal possible with out the hassle of the typical dealership salesmen trying to nickel and dime you. The Staff makes you feel like family and the service is stellar! You will be highly satisfied with them. Thank you Boss Auto Group!

Let BOSS give you the great service you deserve!!!
As a first-time car leasing customer, I found Boss Auto Group to be a great place. Not only did the dealer help me find the best car for the best price, but he educates you as a new car leaser. Honest, patient, thorough, and professional the dealer helped me through the maze of an auto leasing purchase. He works with you--not against you! He respects and values you as a customer. Because of the excellent service I received, I intend to recommend Boss Auto Group to as many people as possible!

Excellent service for first time buyer
I was looking to purchase my first car and went to Boss Auto Group at the recommendation of my parents, who have had excellent service there in the past. Right from the start, Frank provided valuable assistance. I went in with a narrowed down list of cars I was interested in and limited awareness of the buying process. Because of my service at Boss Auto Group, within a month, I am very pleased and confident in my purchase of a new leased Subaru Forester. Frank went above and beyond selling me a good deal promptly. He ensured that my car would suit my needs well into the future. I found Frank to be trustworthy, personable, and readily helpful and informative. I highly recommend Boss Auto Group.

My experience with Boss Auto Group
I had a great experience with Frank Bossio, who was recommended to me by a close friend. This was my first time leasing a vehicle and Frank listened to my concerns and what vehicles I was interested in.He providec me pro's and cons of each vehicle. He took me to the showroom to look and sit in the vehicle and I decided on the mercedes C300 4matic. The color and interior he found and the options included were amazing. The car was delivered by the dealer to Frank's location and it was a wonderful experience for me. Frank followed up within days to see how everything was going and was also very helpful in connecting me to an insurance agent for coverage on the Mercedes. I highly recommend anyone looking to lease or buy a vehicle to speak to Frank knowing that he is honest, trustworthy and will get you the best deal possible.

Frank found the car that "didn't exist" for my wife with all the options she wanted. Everything was done at an easy pace and without any hassle. I would refer him to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. He was always there to answer questions, discuss the options and his knowledge of the auto industry is what makes him the BEST!!!

Another satisfied purchase through the Boss By Tommy, Toni and Maggie from Farmingdale
As always we had another satisfied purchase experience with the Boss Auto Group. Frank always goes above and beyond to get the best trade-in values and the best purchase values with absolutely no hassel at all. This is our 4th vehicle through the Boss and we would never purchase/lease any other way. It is such an enjoyable experience that I actually look forward to it every time. We recommend all our family and friends to the Boss and they all say the same thing...."Frank makes it an enjoyable experience"! From Tommy, Toni and Maggie

Frank helped my wife and I even though we live 2500 miles away. I literally walked into my local Kia dealership, knew exactly what I was putting down and what my monthly payments were because of the background work Frank did for me before I arrived. All I had to do was sign and drive. My wife Laura turned to me and said “I always want to have a car buying experience like this.” We know we can buy a car, wherever we are, because Frank and the Boss Auto Group are 5 Star.

A Pleasure
I don't enjoy buying cars...typically you leave a dealer feeling that you have been taken advantage of...for the first time I had a very pleasant experience...everything that Frank promissed was delivered...no bait and switch...and no changes of what we originally agreed upon...he made the transaction seemless, easy and fast...I would recomend that you speak with him before becoming a statistic at a dealer.

What a great experience!!! A friend put me in contact with Frank and I was a little skeptical at first as the concept of not doing all my own research was foreign to me. I'm so happy we worked with Frank; everything was great. He got us out of our lease 2 months early, found us exactly what we were looking for (price, specs, etc) in a new car and made the whole process quick and painless. I was very impressed and look forward to working with him in the future! Thanks again Frank!

“I've known Frank for about 5-years, knew what the Boss Auto Group was all about but didn't quite understand until my wife and I picked up our new vehicles through him this past week. I will never go to a car dealership again; unless it's for service. My wife wanted out of her 2011 Kia Optima and since we lease her vehicles and she doesn't really care what she drives, I figured I'd call Frank. Within a matter of days, she was out of her lease and in a brand new 2014 fully-loaded Kia Sorento for not much more than we were paying for her stripped-down Optima. We picked up the vehicle from Frank's office and the process was 1-2-3. That went so smooth, I told Frank I wanted out of my 2012 Challenger SRT-8 and into a Mercedes. I didn't actually think it was going to happen, but I figured I'd take a shot. I was afraid I'd lose too much money on the Challenger. Within less than 2-days, I was out of my Challenger and driving a fully-loaded 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 4MATIC. Best of all, I was out of the Challenger free and clear and I didn't have to lift a finger to sell the vehicle. All of this in less than a working week. Frank also tolerated an endless amount of phone calls from me. I never waited on-hold or got bounced around. When I called, he was there and if he wasn't, my call was returned in a matter of minutes. This entire process was so easy and straightforward, I'm looking forward to calling Frank when we're ready for new vehicles. I can't thank you enough. For the first time ever, my wife actually loves what she drives. We both absolutely love our new vehicles and genuinely enjoyed the car buying process through the Boss Auto Group. ”

Today we picked up our new “Infiniti Q50” a very happy day!………Frank managed to make an agonizing and exhausting purchase a total dream. Due to his professionalism and attention to detail, we drove away extremely contented. Frank was able to beat the price we had budgeted, locate the exact vehicle color and interior, and deliver within a week. Working with the BOSS AUTO GROUP is the only way to go! We recently replaced our 7 year old Subaru with a 2012 Infiniti FX35 and could not have been happier with our experience at Boss Auto Group. Frank spent a lot of time with us, helping us narrow down the search for a car to suit our needs. He accompanied us every step of the way, taking us for test drives and explaining the pros and cons of each vehicle in terms easy to understand. Frank's knowledge of the business is unparalleled and he worked tirelessly to get us the car in the exact color combination we desired. He knows all the current promotions and incentive programs and matched us with a vehicle we thought was out of our reach. Valerie is also a pleasure to deal with as she is extremely personable and super-efficient. This was the first time that our car buying experience was so enjoyable and ran smoothly from start to finish. If you are in the market for a new car Frank is the guy to see. You will never buy a car any other way. Syosset, NY

My wife and I dealt with Frank at Boss Auto Group and have nothing but praise for the experience. He helped us find the car we were waiting for, had the paperwork ready and waiting and organized all payments and even helped us with the trade in. Boss Auto Group was recommend by a close friend. So, I stopped by to see Frank Bossio and what kind of deal he could get me on a Maserati. After several phone calls back and forth Frankie made an awesome deal. I strongly feel that Boss Auto will always try the hardest to make a deal happen! I'm driving in my new Turismo because of Frankie Bossio! Stop by or call them today~ you'll be happy too...

You know, the best question you could ask somebody after they have had an experience with a business would be "If you had to do it all over again, would you use the same business?" In this case, my answer would be a resounding YES!!! We just picked up a vehicle from Frank on Saturday that had to be the easiest deal I've made in my 42 years of driving. (that's a lot of deals) Make the call, tell Frank what you're looking for and BAM! the work is all done for you. In no time at all, the car, in the color and options we wanted, was delivered to BOSS where they took care the all the paperwork involved we needed in order for us to drive off the lot. Amazingly, (and I admit stupidly) I had to ask "how come the payments are so low" to which Frank replied, "when I make a deal for my customers, I make the best deal there is, that's why we're THE BOSS!"

Thank You Frank
We never imagined that leasing a car would be an experience that we could only describe as a pleasure. We went to Frank to renew a lease and we felt like we went to visit a friend and came back with a new car. The Boss Auto Group should be the only way to go when you need a car. Frank was courteous and professional and above all he made us feel that, while he was dealing with us, we were his only priority. He will get you the best deal and, like us, you might walk away with something much better than expected—in our case, a Mercedes. Thank you, Frankie.---Abid and Zeba Ansari.

service, service, service!!!
My experience was tremendous. I had been having a lot of difficulty in the process of trading in my car to acquire a new one. Not only did I get a MUCH better deal than I would have gotten on my own, I also got unmatched service. Frank was attentive to EVERY detail in the process. He promised a lot and delivered more. Prior to that, all of the auto dealerships I dealt with, promised a lot and delivered virtually nothing but aggravation. If you want to eliminate all of the negatives in the process of buying, selling, leasing, etc, do yourself a favor and call The Boss Auto Group.

Infinity JX Purchase
Purchased an Infinity JX from The Boss Auto Group just the other day. Frank Bossio made the buying experience actually enjoyable. There was absolutely nothing for me to do, other than tell Frank what I was looking for. Frank did all of the work, informing me of my choices and even had the car brought to me to test drive. I never even saw the dealership. He handled the registration, insurance and all other details. I test drove the car and then came back to pick it up. It was really that easy. I am a repeat customer, having utilized the services of Frank Bossio in the past. My experience with the Boss Auto Group can only be described as 'amazing'. I can't begin to imagine what must go on behind the scenes - but the Boss Experience made buying a car for me the easiest, quickest, most friendly, and most professional service I have ever had in my 40+ years of car buying.
