Frank Bossio is the founder and president of The Boss Auto Group, a full-service auto dealer based in Huntington, New York. With over 50 years in the automotive industry, Frank has cultivated deep expertise across every department-from sales and finance to service and customer care. His career includes leadership roles at Boss Motors Inc. and Boss Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge before launching The Boss Auto Group in 2009.

Frank is widely recognized for his hands-on, concierge-style approach to car buying, helping clients navigate the complexities of leasing, financing, and vehicle selection with ease. Linda DeLuca

Office Manager

Linda DeLuca – Office Manager With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Linda DeLuca brings a wealth of knowledge and reliability to Boss Auto Group. She began her career as a title clerk and worked her way through billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable before stepping into her current role. For the past 13+ years, Linda has been the backbone of our office operations, overseeing the administrative side of the business with a sharp eye and steady hand. Her experience and leadership ensure our day-to-day operations stay organized, efficient, and on track.

Jeffrey Scarola

Marketing Director

Jeff began his career in the auto industry in 2014 as a Sales and Leasing consultant with Nissan,where he built a strong foundation in customer service and vehicle sales. In late 2017,he transitioned to the Hertz Corporation,serving as Sales and Finance Manager specializing in preowned all makes and models.Now in 2025 Jeff has joined our team to lead and operate the Pre-Owned Sales Department,bringing over a decade of experience and proven expertise to the role.

Steven Precht is a professional sales consultant at Boss Auto Group with over a decade of experience in the automotive industry. Before joining the team, he spent many years as a BMW client advisor, where he built a reputation for delivering a premium, customer-focused experience. A lifelong car enthusiast, Steven's passion for the industry runs deep-he’s been around cars his entire life and brings that knowledge and enthusiasm into every client interaction.
