With over 50 years in the automotive industry, Frank has cultivated deep expertise across every department-from sales and finance to service and customer care. His career includes leadership roles at Boss Motors Inc. and Boss Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge before launching The Boss Auto Group in 2009.

Linda DeLuca – Office Manager With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Linda DeLuca brings a wealth of knowledge and reliability to Boss Auto Group. She began her career as a title clerk and worked her way through billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable before stepping into her current role. For the past 13+ years, Linda has been the backbone of our office operations, overseeing the administrative side of the business with a sharp eye and steady hand. Her experience and leadership ensure our day-to-day operations stay organized, efficient, and on track.
